De workshop in detail
Enter the workshop of Alice, a passionate artisan baker, and discover with her the secrets of making varied and tasty sourdough breads and delicious focaccia.
First, she will share with you the basics of sourdough bread fermentation, an artisanal know-how full of benefits.
Then, she will teach you the different techniques for incorporating ingredients into your breads (seeds, dried fruit, herbs...) to vary the pleasures while ensuring a soft crumb full of flavour. You will then prepare a bread made of your own composition by choosing your ingredients.
Alice will accompany you every step of the way!
Then you will learn how to make and fill an organic sourdough focaccia, which you will bake together before enjoying it with tea, coffee and home-made kefir.
And you will leave with a jar of sourdough, recipe cards and your own bread to bake at home and eat!
Locatie van de workshop
Het atelier van Alice in Elsene ligt op een steenworp afstand van het Tenboschpark en is bereikbaar met de tram.
