    Upon your arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed by this passionate chef. He'll start by giving you a tour of the premises, allowing you to familiarise yourself with the workshop and get to know each other in a relaxed setting.

    Next, you'll gather around Régis for a comprehensive introduction to plant-based cuisine. Here, you'll learn the theoretical foundations of his expertise, discover the secrets of forgotten vegetables and pick up excellent tips for whipping up delicious dishes with ease.

    Then it's your turn to shine! Once you've donned your apron, Régis will guide you through preparing a starter and a main course, with recipes that vary according to the season.

    He'll assist you at every step, from preparing each ingredient to mastering cooking techniques, including making sauces and seasoning, right up to the presentation of the dishes!

    The workshop concludes with a tasting of your creations, shared with the artisan and other participants. This will also be an opportunity for a final discussion about plant-based cooking and its benefits.

    You'll leave with fond memories of this delightful culinary interlude, as well as a wealth of ideas for elevating your vegetable dishes at home.

    As a true Landais at heart, Régis began his artistic journey trained in the Fine Arts in France and Denmark. His early career saw him working as a videographer, creating pieces that now feature in both private and public contemporary art collections, such as FRAC Nord-Pas-de-Calais and La Fonderie Darling.

    His creativity was shaped by his Indochinese grandmother's elegance and his grandfather's forward-thinking military background. This blend of influences led him to a new direction: the culinary arts.

    In 2018, Régis set up the Beauclair catering studio, marking his commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. His philosophy centres on promoting plant-based, ethical and sustainable food, focusing on wellbeing and environmental conservation.

    Today, Régis channels his deep passion and creativity in his exquisite workshop, equipped with a glass ceiling and elegant mouldings, where he crafts delicious, healthy meals.

    He now looks forward to sharing his dedication to quality, goodness and refinement through his plant-based culinary creations with anyone eager to join in this unique gastronomic experience!

    Expérience déroutante au tout début, sans doute dû au côté artiste de Régis. Au fur et à mesure de l'atelier, on comprend doucement les tâches qu'on exécute. Pas de recette prédéfinie, pas de formation technique, rien de tout cela. Régis vous regarde, vous donne quelques techniques de découpe et compose la recette au fur et à mesure de la préparation des ingrédients. En plus du superbe moment passé ensemble, on fait de très belles découvertes, tant culinaires qu'humaines. Bref, à conseiller 1.000x !

    Notre famille a eu le plaisir de participer à un atelier culinaire 100%végétal. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Régis, un chef passionné qui nous a transportés dans l'univers fascinant de la cuisine végétale. Guidés par ses conseils avisés, nous avons appris à préparer de délicieux plats, simples, frais et biologiques, dans une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse. La dégustation finale nous a permis de savourer le fruit de notre travail et d'apprécier la richesse et la diversité de la cuisine végétale. Un grand merci à Régis pour sa générosité, son talent et sa passion contagieuse. Son atelier nous a inspirés et donné envie de poursuivre notre exploration de la cuisine végétale à la maison.
