Welcome to Nora's wonderful workshop! 

Everything starts with an introduction to her workshop and some explanations about the different tools and techniques involved in making jewellery. 

Then you'll get down to the nitty-gritty of making a beautiful silver ring with the help of Nora or her team members.

You will shape the silver wire to fit your finger with a ring sizer. You will cut, file and weld the ring with a blowtorch, then Nora and her team will help you with the last finishing touches and eventually some lovely hammer work. 

After the workshop, you need to remain patient because your ring will still need to be polished. You can pick it up the following week, either on site or by post. 

It was at the end of her business management studies at the ICHEC Brussels Management School that Nora discovered the world of Belgian designers. This was it, she finally felt at home. To get her foot in the door, she started an apprenticeship in jewellery-making in Brussels. She was then hired to work in a studio, where she remained for two years.

Both creative and managerial, she decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure and founded Sample Slow Jewelry. Since 2018, Nora has been offering sleek designs, which she makes in her studio. In 2020, she launched workshops allowing attendees to make their own rings, and success was not long in coming! In 2021, she set up her boutique studio in the Merode district. 

The sharing of expertise is a fundamental desire of Sample Slow Jewelry. This jewellery store wants to allow everyone to express their personality and creativity through workshops. As such, the artisans will be delighted to welcome you into this pretty boutique studio!
