Dip your hands in the flour and let Lili and Chloé guide you through two delicious puddings, one with vanilla and the other with pistachio.
Everything starts with the puff pastry. You'll discover an express method for preparing it, before rolling it out precisely to obtain a crispy, golden base. Then comes the preparation of the cake mixes: one delicately flavoured with vanilla, the other subtly spiced with pistachio. Lili and Chloé will give you their tips on how to achieve a texture that's both creamy and melt-in-the-mouth, not forgetting the perfect baking process that brings out all the flavours.
You'll also learn how to caramelise pistachios to give your creations a crunchy, gourmet touch. At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with two 11cm diameter flans, made with your own hands and ready to enjoy!
