Discover the recipe for healthy granola by Liliana for breakfast or as a topping for homemade plates!
It begins with a few explanations about the choice of ingredients and then the careful dosing.
In her granola, you will find 9 different spices like cinnamon or cardamom, but also ingredients like coconut.
You will mix different cereals with the machines available in Liliana's workshop.
The cook will show you how to test the moisture content during the baking process for a perfectly baked granola.
You will leave the workshop with lots of granola, but also with samples from Liliana's shop.
This workshop is offered in several languages simultaneously. The artisan will adapt the language of the workshop to the participants present.

Super moment passé avec Liliana ! Son granola parfois surprenant a été une vraie découverte, et on repart avec toutes les clés pour en refaire chez nous ! On est aussi reparti avec des granolas différents pour déguster à la maison :)
