If you have always wanted to immerse yourself in the world of cake making, then this workshop is for you!
During this workshop with the incredible Anaïs, you will make a seasonal dessert using professional techniques.
You will start with an explanation of the basics of pastry making and the different utensils you will use during the session.
What's on the agenda? All kinds of bakes to send your taste buds wild, including a delicate mousse, a smooth crémeux, a melt-in-the mouth cookie and beautiful icing! The recipes will vary depending on the season.
You will finish your creation with an elegant floral decoration, worthy of the greatest cake shop!
Anaïs will be there to accompany you throughout the workshop.
You will leave with your own floral dessert for 2 to 3 people and, most importantly, lots of new techniques you can use unstintingly.
Workshop location
Anaïs' workshop is a ten-minute walk from the Vanderkindere (Tram 4) or Albert (Tram 3) stop.

Super après-midi découverte des entremets de Cokoa. Quel plaisir de découvrir step by step comment concevoir ces gâteaux. Anaïs nous partage son amour de la pâtisserie avec patience et gentillesse. Quelle fierté que de montrer à notre famille nos magnifiques entremets et quel plaisir que de les déguster ! Merci !!!
