  • Join Jonathan for a hands-on baking workshop where you'll make stollen—a traditional German holiday bread that's soft, fragrant, and full of flavor.

    Stollen is made with spiced dough, soaked raisins, and candied citrus peel, with a log of marzipan running through the center. It's the kind of bread that's packed with little bursts of fruit and warm spice in every slice.

    In this workshop, you'll make everything from scratch. Jonathan will guide you through making your own candied citrus peel and preparing fresh marzipan. You'll mix and shape the dough by hand, learning the techniques that give stollen its texture and character.

    You'll bake two loaves—one to enjoy fresh, and one to take home for your friends and family (or freeze for the holidays!).

    Whether you're new to baking or already comfortable in the kitchen, this workshop will give you the skills and confidence to make stollen at home.
