Join Jonathan for a gourmet workshop where you'll learn how to make a traditional challah, a soft, golden brioche bread. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, you'll discover the secrets of a successful dough, from kneading to braiding, including fermentation and baking.
Throughout the workshop Jonathan will guide you step by step, sharing his tips and explaining the history and symbolism of challah. You'll form your own loaf, which you can personalise with seeds or other toppings.
Once baked, it's time to taste! To extend this moment of sharing, you'll enjoy a Mediterranean dinner with a selection of homemade mezze. It's a great opportunity to chat, savour and leave with your challah, new skills and gourmet memories.

J’ai essayé la levure fraîche pour la première fois… et wow, je suis conquise. Je ne reviendrai jamais à la levure sèche ! Jonathan a été super à tous les points de vue. J’ai adoré glaner des conseils de pro, savourer de délicieux dips et de la challah fraîchement cuite pendant la pause, et voir à quel point de petits ajustements peuvent faire toute la différence. Je fais de la challah depuis des années, et ça continue de m’émerveiller — ce qu’on peut créer avec simplement de la farine, de l’eau et de la levure relève un peu de la magie. J’ai apporté la challah que j’avais préparée au bureau ce matin, et elle a disparu en moins de deux heures.
