  • Embark on a journey under the Sardinian sun with Federica!

    She will be thrilled to welcome you to a workshop dedicated to the cuisine of her native region. After introductions, she will start with a theoretical introduction to transalpine gastronomy, as well as pasta-making. You'll uncover the many codes that surround this globally recognised tradition!

    Next, you'll step into the hands-on phase of the workshop. Federica will guide you through ingredient preparation, then into the creation of the dough for the dish of the day, like culurgiones, stuffed with a mixture of sheep cheese and mint. You'll also learn to create a delicious filling and/or a seasonal sauce.

    Always under the watchful eye of the artisan, you'll roll out the dough, then use the pasta machine. If you've never made this type of recipe before, no worries! Federica will be there to provide valuable tips and answer your questions.

    Once the pasta is cooked, you'll sit down for the best part of the workshop: the tasting! This will be your chance to exchange thoughts with the artisan and fellow participants about this fantastic experience, all while looking forward to recreating the recipe at home!

    Un autre super atelier donné par Federica ! Réaliser Culurgiones était difficile, très amusant et surtout très bon ! Federica est passionnée et nous partage tout son savoir, une super activité à faire en groupe.

    Très chouette découverte, on ressent la passion de son terroir... Déjà fait autre atelier pâtes plus traditionnel mais la farce et les sauces top....

    Nous avons adoré cet atelier. L'ambiance est super agréable, Federica explique tout pas à pas, clairement et avec des info authentiques. Les deux types de pâtes sont très différents donc très complémentaires, et surtout vraiment délicieux. On repart de là en ayant délicieusement bien mangé, en ayant passeune très agréable soirée, et surtout avec l'envie de partager ça avec nos proches bientôt pour ne pas perdre le savoir-faire engrangé. Et peut-être surtout surtout envie de venir participer à un autre atelier de Federica!

    Federica's workshop was really nice. Good atmosphere! Making the Mallreddus is very meditative and I could have done it all evening, making the Culurgiones is hard to get the technique right but it tastes delicious...

    Federica is a master of pasta! I followed two her pasta workshops and both were amazing! I learned so much, but also I had a lot of fun! Different pastas tasted very good, never in my life I ate such delicious pasta!!! The atmosphere was also really great! thank you, Federica!
