  • Dive into a unique craftsmanship that delights food lovers worldwide and transports you to Bologna!

    Federica will warmly welcome you to her beautiful workshop for this culinary journey. After introductions, she will start with a theoretical introduction to transalpine gastronomy, as well as pasta-making. You'll discover that there are various codes and rules to learn for crafting the famous stuffed pasta of Emilia-Romagna: ravioli, tortellini, cappelletti... There's something for every taste!

    Next, you'll step into the hands-on phase. Federica will guide you through ingredient preparation, then into the creation of the dough and the filling. If you've never cooked this type of dish before, no need to worry! The artisan will be by your side at every step.

    She will also explain how to roll out the dough, use the pasta machine, and then stuff the pasta according to your chosen shape, with two seasonal fillings: ricotta, parmesan, and parsley; ricotta and spinach; pumpkin, and more.

    Once the stuffed and cooked pasta is ready, you'll sit down to savour it while exchanging thoughts with the artisan and other participants about this wonderful experience!

    Très chouette expérience entre amis. Federica est très motivée et agréable. Nous avons préparer des pâtes fourrées au butternut et des tagliatelles au pesto de chou Kale. C'était délicieux . A conseiller et à refaire.

    Un atelier qui fleure bon l’Italie avec Federica qui explique avec beaucoup de gentillesse et patience comme preparer les pates fourrees de saison et les tagliatelles et un succulent pesto … on pratique et on les dĆ©guste ensemble. Un super atelier tout en convivialitĆ©, artisanat, gastronomie et passion. Je recommande chaleureusement :)

    J'ai passé une super soirée et ai beaucoup apprécié cet atelier. Federica prend bien le temps d'expliquer et donne son maximum tout au long de l'atelier pour que personne ne soit bloqué lors de la fabrication. Elle a une connaissance approfondie des pâtes, de la cuisine et partage des astuces avec plaisir. Le fait de déguster les créations à la fin avec tout le monde est aussi très chouette. Je recommande sans hésiter et referai un atelier avec plaisir.
