Embark on a gourmet and colourful journey with Federica!
This passionate chef will be delighted to welcome you to a session dedicated to crafting a true symbol of Italian cuisine: ravioli. After introductions, she will start with a theoretical introduction to transalpine gastronomy, as well as pasta-making. You'll uncover the many codes that surround this globally recognised tradition!
Next, you'll step into the hands-on phase of the workshop. Federica will guide you through ingredient preparation, then into the creation of the pasta, whether they're classic or coloured, and the filling. She will also explain how to assemble them to create beautiful patterns.
Always under the watchful eye of the artisan, you'll learn how to roll out the dough, then use the pasta machine. You'll be able to generously stuff it with your preparation, the contents of which will vary according to the season.
After a cooking period, all that's left is to sit down for the best part: the tasting! It will also be a chance to exchange thoughts with Federica and the other participants about this unique experience designed for food enthusiasts!
