Workshop outline:
• Welcome and arrival: arrive at the venue, settle in, put on an apron and wash your hands before starting the workshop.
• Introduction: meet Andrea and Luciano, hear their story and learn about the traditions behind the pasta you will be making, then get to know the ingredients used.
• Dough preparation: learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch, following essential techniques and guidance.
• Break and quiz: let the dough rest, take part in a quiz about Italian culture and enjoy your drink (wine, beer or soft).
• Pasta shaping: observe specific shaping techniques, then make your own pasta by hand.
At the end of the workshop, enjoy your freshly made pasta and leave with the skills to recreate it at home.
