Meet Andrea et Luciano.

Cuisiniers

Andrea and Luciano are two passionate cooks based in Brussels, who have made fresh, handmade pasta the heart of their work. They met in Italy during their culinary training, where they quickly decided to join forces and share their vision of simple, generous and accessible cuisine.

Luciano, originally from Rome, learned how to make pasta at a young age alongside his Piedmontese grandmother, who passed on traditional techniques and family recipes. Andrea, a former engineering lecturer, discovered this craft while living abroad and gradually turned it into a full-time profession. Together, they form a complementary duo: Luciano brings his expertise in Italian recipes and traditional sauces, while Andrea focuses on the art of fresh pasta-making.

Since 2022, they have been sharing their know-how in Brussels through friendly, hands-on workshops. Their approach is rooted in traditional techniques, quality ingredients and precise gestures, all in keeping with Italian culinary heritage. For them, making pasta is above all a moment of sharing, transforming a few simple ingredients into something truly convivial.
