Savour chocolate like never before!
For 2 hours, Elsa invites you to unlock the secrets of Bean to Bar by exploring an assortment of different chocolates.
Upon your arrival, you will receive a warm welcome from the chocolatier, who will take the time to introduce you to her workshop.
Next, delve into the fundamentals of tasting while getting initiated into the basics of the art of chocolate making. You'll rediscover the pleasures of taste through the exploration of foods and beverages designed to refine your senses, taking you on a journey from tangy to more bitter flavours.
Stimulate your sense of smell through a series of exercises based on the flavour wheel, all centred around chocolate.
Finally, you'll conclude with a grand finale: the tasting of 4 to 5 chocolates from various origins, each revealing a unique aromatic palette.

L’atelier était très sympa. En plus de la très bonne dégustation de chocolat, c’était une belle rencontre humaine. Elsa est quelqu’un de très passionné, elle nous transmet un tas de connaissances mais également énormément d’énergie positive. Un super moment à partager!
