Create your own leather wallet during this creative workshop with Keren!
During these few hours, you will discover her fascinating craftmanship and her beautiful workplace located in the heart of Brussels. You will also have the chance to meet the other leather workers with whom Keren shares her beautiful workshop on a daily basis.
They will explain the basics of leather work and the essential tools with a lot of enthusiasm. You will be able to create a beautiful purse to accompany you in your daily life!
They will let you choose the type and colour of leather you prefer. You will learn how to cut the leather from a pattern and then sew by hand using the "saddle stitch" technique.
After this initiation to leather in a joyful and good-humoured atmosphere, in a place that is completely out of time, with a team of leatherworkers who are as passionate as they are smiling, you will go home with your beautiful leather purse entirely made by yourself!
This workshop is offered in French and English. Keren and her team will adapt the language of the workshop according to the participants present.

Keren is een gepassioneerd leerbewerkster die haar knowhow graag met veel enthousiasme en educatie deelt en doorgeeft.
Ze heeft een groot en mooi atelier. Haar werkplaats is een echte oase van rust in het hartje van Brussel waar vele machines en verschillende gereedschappen voor het bewerken van leer te vinden zijn. De grote schuiframen bieden uitzicht op een mooie privétuin met een intiem terras.
Keren bewerkt leer vol passie en met veel creativiteit om zo mooie en praktische alledaagse voorwerpen te maken!

Beau moment et bel atelier en ce soir de neige et sous la bienveillance et le professionnalisme passionné de Keren. Deuxième atelier wecandoo, deuxième succès et l'envie d'aller plus loin découvrir d'autres talents, d'autres arts et laisser parler d'autres envies. Merci Keren!

L'atelier a eu lieu le soir de la chute de neige. Ça l'a sans doute rendu plus spécial... En tout cas, Keren est à la fois très sympathique et excellente pédagogue. Nous étions 3 et je pense pouvoir dire que chacun d'entre nous a reçu suffisamment de temps et d'explications de sa part pour arriver à réaliser son "œuvre "! Merci 😊

Wecandoo geeft iedereen de kans om een workshop te ervaren in het atelier van een lokale ambachtsman of -vrouw, om samen een eigen unieke creatie te maken. Een bijzondere ervaring waar je een vaardigheid kan ontdekken met gepassioneerde vakmensen en je eigen creativiteit kunt laten spreken.

We loved attending Keren's workshop, it was such a nice time and now we also have cool leather wallets to remind us the good time. Totally recommend it to everyone and it is a great start if you are interested in leather crafts. Thank you Keren!
