  • Welcome to Cynthia's beautiful studio, where you will learn to prepare the best aperitif!

    In the next 2 hours, you will learn how to fix several snacks. 

    Our cookie expert will start by explaining the basics of breadstick recipes and the tools you will need during the session. 

    You will prepare two different breadstick recipes. Weigh the ingredients before mixing them. After a quick run through the rolling mill and some cutting, your breadsticks will be ready for baking. 

    While they bake, you'll be busy preparing eggplant caviar or hummus. 

    Once the breadsticks come out of the oven, you will be able to take part in a fun tasting experience. 

    Following the two different recipes, you will have 500 breadsticks as well as eggplant caviar or hummus - an ideal, healthy and tasty home-made aperitif! What could be better? 

    Workshop location

    Fanny and Cynthia's workshop is located in the city centre of Brussels.

    This place is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
