Visit a distillery with Aylin and his team

Join a guided tour at a small-batch distillery in Koekelberg, Brussels. During this session, you'll learn each stage of how their spirits are made, from raw ingredients all the way to the finished bottle.

Your guide, Dan the master distiller, will walk you through how the still works, cover the essentials of distillation, and share a brief history of the craft here in Brussels. You’ll take a look around the production area and get a feel for the ingredients used.

Next up is a tasting of three house-made spirits : a whisky, a gin, and a vodka. You'll receive tasting notes to jot down your impressions, and there’ll be light refreshments throughout the session.

The experience wraps up in the taproom, where you're invited to linger and chat over additional drinks, should you wish (extra drinks and snacks not included).
