Tipsy Tribe is a craft brewery and distillery located in Koekelberg, Brussels. Founded in 2016 by Aylin and her American–Turkish team, it began with home brews before evolving into spirit distilling.
In 2021, the team moved into a renovated warehouse, transforming it into a dedicated on-site production facility for both beers and spirits.
Environmental responsibility is front and center for Tipsy Tribe. They’ve installed solar panels, upcycle distillation by-products into household products, and repurpose spent grain by donating it to a local farm. They’re also members of the Brussels Good Food initiative, promoting sustainable practices throughout the city.
Notably, Tipsy Tribe is Brussels' first-ever distillery to produce whisky. Their product line blends traditional techniques with a commitment to quality, and all rooted in locally developed recipes.
