The workshop in detail
WORKSHOP DESIGNED FOR A TEAM: Participate in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.
Offer your employees an original and convivial experience in the heart of a traditional distillery in Koekelberg, Brussels. This teambuilding activity is the ideal opportunity to strengthen team cohesion while discovering together what goes on behind the scenes in the production of spirits.
Guided by Dan, the master distiller, participants will be immersed in the world of distillation. They discover how the still works, the key stages of production and the raw materials used. An overview of the history of distillation in Brussels completes this immersion.
The tour continues with a guided tasting of three spirits produced on site: a whisky, a gin and a vodka. Each member of the team can share their impressions using the tasting sheets provided. Light snacks are also available to accompany this moment of sharing.
The workshop ends in a relaxed atmosphere in the taproom. Participants are free to chat over a drink (additional drinks and snacks not included), extending this moment of sharing and socialising outside the usual working environment.
Note on additional services: If you wish to add extra services, please specify in your request and the artisan will adjust the quote accordingly.

Distillateur & Brasseur
Tipsy Tribe is a craft brewery and distillery based in Koekelberg, Brussels. Founded by Aylin and her team of American and Turkish origin, it started in 2016, initially with home brewing before expanding to distilling spirits.
Since 2021, production has taken place in a renovated former warehouse, which is now entirely dedicated to the on-site production of craft beers and spirits.
The team pays particular attention to environmental impact. It uses solar panels, recycles the by-products of distillation to make household products and distributes spent grain to a local farmer. Tipsy Tribe is also a member of the Brussels Good Food initiative, which promotes sustainable practices in Brussels.
The company is the first distillery to produce whisky in Brussels. It offers a range of locally developed products, combining traditional know-how with a constant quest for quality.
