Take a guided tour of a brewery and find out how craft beers are made. Master distiller Dan will guide you through the key stages of brewing and the ingredients used, such as malt, hops and yeast. You'll have the opportunity to see and touch some of these ingredients to better understand their role in production.
The tour includes a visit to the production area where you can see the equipment used to make the beers in situ. Each stage is explained simply and clearly, from brewing to bottling.
Once the tour is over, it's time for the tasting. You'll taste four different beers, each presented by Dan. He will explain the characteristics of each beer: flavour, aroma, texture and colour. Tasting sheets will be provided to record your impressions and keep track of your preferences. Snacks will be available throughout the session to make tasting easier.
The workshop ends in the taproom, a space where you can continue tasting other beverages produced on site (not included in the workshop price).

Distillateur & Brasseur
Tipsy Tribe is a craft brewery and distillery based in Koekelberg, Brussels. Founded by Aylin and her team of American and Turkish origin, it started in 2016, initially with home brewing before expanding to distilling spirits.
Since 2021, production has taken place in a renovated former warehouse, which is now entirely dedicated to the on-site production of craft beers and spirits.
The team pays particular attention to environmental impact. It uses solar panels, recycles the by-products of distillation to make household products and distributes spent grain to a local farmer. Tipsy Tribe is also a member of the Brussels Good Food initiative, which promotes sustainable practices in Brussels.
The company is the first distillery to produce whisky in Brussels. It offers a range of locally developed products, combining traditional know-how with a constant quest for quality.
