The workshop in detail
WORKSHOP DESIGNED FOR A TEAM: Participate in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.
Give your colleagues an original break with a guided tour of a craft brewery, ideal for strengthening team bonds. Accompanied by Dan, the master distiller, your colleagues will discover the main stages of brewing and the ingredients used, such as malt, hops and yeast. Everyone will be able to see, touch and understand the role of these raw materials in beer making.
The workshop also includes a visit to the production area, where participants will be able to see the installations and equipment used on site. Dan will clearly explain the process, from the transformation of the ingredients to bottling.
The tour continues with a guided tasting of four different beers. Each will be introduced by Dan, who will share his knowledge of its aroma, texture and colour. Tasting sheets are provided for visitors to record their impressions in a relaxed and interactive atmosphere. Snacks are also provided to accompany the activity.
At the end of the activity, the team can meet in the Taproom, a warm and informal space, perfect for extending discussions over other house drinks (not included in the price).
Note on additional services : If you wish to add extra services, please specify in your request and the artisan will adjust the quote accordingly.

Distillateur & Brasseur
Tipsy Tribe is a craft brewery and distillery based in Koekelberg, Brussels. Founded by Aylin and her team of American and Turkish origin, it started in 2016, initially with home brewing before expanding to distilling spirits.
Since 2021, production has taken place in a renovated former warehouse, which is now entirely dedicated to the on-site production of craft beers and spirits.
The team pays particular attention to environmental impact. It uses solar panels, recycles the by-products of distillation to make household products and distributes spent grain to a local farmer. Tipsy Tribe is also a member of the Brussels Good Food initiative, which promotes sustainable practices in Brussels.
The company is the first distillery to produce whisky in Brussels. It offers a range of locally developed products, combining traditional know-how with a constant quest for quality.
