Take part in a blind tasting with Clarisse

Enjoy a unique sensory experience with Clarisse and discover wine in a playful and surprising way through blind tasting.

Workshop outline:

• Welcome in the wine cellar: Clarisse or Lou welcomes you into our warm and convivial cellar spaces for a moment dedicated to wine discovery.

• Tasting from black glasses: the first four wines are served in opaque glasses. Without seeing the colour, you learn to identify aromas, distinguish flavours and understand the taste profiles of different grape varieties.

• Comparison and grape variety discovery: taste the wines side by side to observe their differences. This exercise helps you identify each wine’s distinctive characteristics and better understand the subtleties of the estate’s selections.

• Switch to clear glasses: after this first stage, the wines are served in traditional clear glasses. You can then observe the colour and appearance, and see how visual cues complete the sensory experience.

• Games and guessing challenges: to make the tasting even more interactive, some bottles are kept hidden. It’s up to you to guess the vintage, grape variety or ageing method (oak barrel or amphora) using your senses.

At the end of the workshop, you are invited to taste the rest of the estate’s range according to your interests and curiosity, to extend the experience.
