Let Nathan guide you through the flavours and stories of Toulouse!

He'll take you on a gourmet stroll through the pink city that will awaken all your senses.

As soon as you arrive at the charming Place du Salin, you'll be greeted with a glass of local wine for a convivial moment. You'll discover the fascinating history of the place, once linked to the salt trade, and start with a sensory game about cheese, tasting a local variety studded with tyrosine crystals.

Then it's off to the Carmes market. Here, you'll learn to distinguish between industrial and artisanal cheeses, thanks to a blind taste test that will hone your taste buds. You'll discover the secrets of the market and how it has evolved over time.

Your walk will continue as far as Dalbade Church. Working in teams, you'll take part in a treasure hunt to discover the historical and architectural details of the district, while enjoying a perfect red wine and cheese pairing.

Walking along the Garonne, you'll stop in front of Toulouse's first brasserie, on the Pont de Tounis. Here you can discover the city's most emblematic monuments. A game of bottles will introduce you to the wheel of flavours and you'll also have the chance to taste a traditional beer accompanied by cheese.

Your gourmet walk will end on the Place de la Trinité with a blue cheese tasting and a surprise gift to round off this culinary and cultural adventure in Toulouse.

Super idée ou le terroir est abordé par 3 faces au cours d'une plaisante déambulation dans notre ville rooose. Une bonne soirée culturelle et gustative. A consommer sans modération. Bravo Nathan pour cette idée !

Cette activité, partagée avec mon épouse, m'a été offerte par mes collègues pour mon départ en retraite. Réunir le thème du patrimoine et de la dégustation de fromages, accompagnée de vins et bière ou jus de fruit, est un pari audacieux? Pari relevé haut la main par Nathan qui nous partage ses compétences fromagères en toute décontraction, en profitant des belles escales disponibles pendant le parcours dans les rues du centre-ville de Toulouse. Un très bon souvenir?
