Decorate your ceramic piece with Marileen

Marileen invites you to take part in a ceramic decoration workshop.

During the session, participants will choose a piece to decorate from a range of options, such as a plate, bowl, mug, salad bowl, sharing platter or breakfast set. All materials will be provided, including coloured slips (liquid clay), brushes and paints, along with practical guidance to help bring your design to life.

Everyone will be free to work at their own pace, depending on their ideas and the level of detail they wish to add.

At the end of the workshop, Marileen will glaze and fire each piece in her kiln. Finished creations will be ready to collect within two to four weeks, depending on the firing schedule.

This workshop is open to anyone curious about ceramic decoration and keen to create their own unique piece to take home!

Note: The venue includes a terrace, allowing participants to paint outdoors if the weather is nice. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with all materials provided in a well-organised setting.

Note: Refreshments will be offered during the workshop to make the experience even more enjoyable.
