Meet Marileen.
Céramiste
Braine-l'Alleud
After 30 years in finance, Marileen felt it was time for a change. With a full career behind her and two grown-up children, she found herself craving something new : the space to be creative.
Curious and determined, she explored different paths and tested a range of ideas before committing to something that had always spoken to her: ceramics. Over the past five years, she has trained, experimented with materials and honed her technique.
Last April, she took things a step further by opening her own studio, a cosy, light-filled space next to her home, where she now welcomes anyone keen to discover or deepen their understanding of working with clay. It’s a warm and welcoming place, much like Marileen herself, designed for sharing a relaxed, hands-on creative experience.
