Embark on a memorable brewing adventure with Emmeline and her team!

During an immersive day, dive headfirst into the intoxicating world of beer brewing. You'll discover the basics of this golden elixir: its history, its core ingredients like barley and hops, and what sets it apart from other beverages. You'll learn more about its composition and the various stages of transformation.

Your experience will continue with the creation of your beer recipe and hands-on practice of all brewing steps! From milling to mashing, boiling to cooling, and fermentation, you'll be at the heart of the action!

You'll have the opportunity to handle state-of-the-art equipment like brewing kettles, mills, bottlers, and more to bring your brew to life.

Two months later, celebrate your success at a small, friendly gathering! You'll return to taste your own beer and share your creations with your fellow brewers. As a bonus, you'll leave with bottles of your very own craft beer, ready to be enjoyed!

Note: The workshop will take place over a day. During the lunch break, enjoy a delicious midday meal provided on-site. If weather permits, part of the workshop and lunch will be held outdoors in the garden.
