Embark on a memorable brewing adventure with Emmeline and her team!
During an immersive day, dive headfirst into the intoxicating world of beer brewing. You'll discover the basics of this golden elixir: its history, its core ingredients like barley and hops, and what sets it apart from other beverages. You'll learn more about its composition and the various stages of transformation.
Your experience will continue with the creation of your beer recipe and hands-on practice of all brewing steps! From milling to mashing, boiling to cooling, and fermentation, you'll be at the heart of the action!
You'll have the opportunity to handle state-of-the-art equipment like brewing kettles, mills, bottlers, and more to bring your brew to life.
Two months later, celebrate your success at a small, friendly gathering! You'll return to taste your own beer and share your creations with your fellow brewers. As a bonus, you'll leave with bottles of your very own craft beer, ready to be enjoyed!
Note: The workshop will take place over a day. During the lunch break, enjoy a delicious midday meal provided on-site. If weather permits, part of the workshop and lunch will be held outdoors in the garden.

Meet Emmeline and her team, passionate brewers who have turned their love for beer into a true adventure.
Emmeline and Nicolas are a couple overflowing with love for beer. Their fascination with this beverage goes far beyond simple tasting; it drives them to dive into the art of brewing, explore new recipes, and share this passion with others.
During their wedding, their friends gifted them a brewing kettle, sparking a passion that led them to train and become master brewers. Their journey is marked by a genuine friendship with Stéphane, who has shared their love for beer for a long time. The trio is joined by Gaël, another passionate beer enthusiast.
In 2022, the group gave birth to their own brewing workshop and released their first beer. It's infused with maté, enhanced with a spicy note of rye, a touch of dry hops, and a long herbal finish, paying tribute to Nicolas' Argentinean roots.
Their vision is clear: learn, share, experiment, produce, and appreciate beer in a local, circular, and ethical manner.
They are firmly committed to a zero-waste approach, working closely with local producers to ensure the quality of their ingredients. These brewers are determined to offer a variety of local hops to craft brewers, thus contributing to the tradition of hop cultivation in Belgium.
