Richard and Esther invite you to immerse yourself in their secret laboratory, which becomes yours for this unique experience. You will have the privilege of designing and making your own pastis.

This complete activity includes access to the room, all the ingredients and the necessary equipment.

First, you will enjoy a lecture on the history of pastis, with fascinating anecdotes. You will also have the chance to taste some of the most famous pastis to discover their different flavours.

Then let your inspiration run wild as you pair up to create your own pastis recipe! Creativity is the name of the game. Start with a base of aniseed and pastis, then explore the 60 macerations and spices at your disposal.

At the end of the workshop, you and your partner of the day will leave with a 1 litre bottle of pastis, the fruit of your joint creation. Get ready to bring a touch of Provence to your future parties!

Note: The workshop can be held in French or English so that everyone can enjoy this unique experience.

Workshop location

The studio is located in the heart of Lyon, less than 5 minutes' walk from Place des Terreaux.

This place is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
