The workshop in detail
Enjoy a half-day introduction to tufting with Salomé, Alice and Mathilde!
During this workshop, these 3 associates and textile designers, each as curious as they are passionate, will teach you how to make your own 45x45 cm rug or wall decoration.
First of all, they will explain what tufting is, and introduce you to the French wool and the tools they use: how to stretch the canvas on a frame, how to load the gun with wool...
You can then practice until you get the hang of it! You will then select your favourite wool colours and begin tufting your custom creation.
Salomé, Mathilde and Alice will accompany you step by step in the creation of your design, and will explain how to add the finishing touches: cutting, shearing and gluing.
At the end of this friendly introduction in the company of these dynamic and smiley girls, you will leave with your beautiful wool creation - unique and personalised!

Meet Salomé, Mathilde & Alice
Textile Designers
Salomé, Alice and Mathilde are all designers.
Their shared passion for interior design, objects and materials led them to launch their own business. Their complementary expertise (textile design, industrial design or cabinet making) brings them a rich complementarity.
They are now evolving together through their beautiful brand and the launch of a textile "lab". Curious and dynamic, their objective is to make tufting accessible to everyone, to allow people to let their creativity run free and reveal themselves.
They welcome you to their workshop in the Micro Factory in Molenbeek where machines and know-how are shared!

Atelier très agréable ! Avec les conseils de Mathilde la prise en main est rapide et simple. En plus l'atelier se prolonge chez soi pour terminer les dernières finitions de sa production (photo avant finitions). Encore merci !

It was soo much fun! Salomee explained everything very clear and was so nice and patient. She explained everything in French and English so that we could understand as well. We had the best day and would love to come back again!!
