Discover the secrets of sewing with Caroline !
This passionate artisan will be delighted to welcome you to her beautiful workshop. After taking some time to get to know you, she will explain her background and the theory behind her skills.
Then it is time to get hands-on! First you will discover the design of your pouch, which is suitable for beginners as well as advanced enthusiasts. With Caroline's help, you will then choose your favourite fabric from the range on offer, before discovering the main functions of the sewing machine. She will then take you step by step through the process of making your pouch, from cutting to sewing to assembling.
You will also have the chance to add personal touches to your creation, such as cords, light embroidery or other decorative elements.
Caroline will be by your side every step of the way to answer any questions you may have and to help you if you need it.
At the end of the session, you will leave with your very own beautiful multi-purpose pouch, ready to hold whatever you want it to hold: loose food, toiletries, underwear, storage space... The possibilities are endless!
NB: For this workshop you can bring your own sewing machine for personalised help with your design.

Caroline's studio is located in the Anderlecht district and can be reached by bus and metro (Aumale station).

Prévoir peut-être un gilet en plein hiver si vous êtes très frileux.

C’était un chouette atelier d’initiation ! Caroline m’a appris à utiliser correctement ma machine à coudre et les bases de la couture puis nous avons confectionné une pochette qui reprenait différentes techniques pour avoir une vision globale et voir différentes manières de faire. C’est une dame très sympathique qui prend le temps de bien expliquer et qui est très pédagogue. Encore merci !

Super chouette expérience lors de cet atelier initiation ! Caroline nous a fait découvrir les bases de l'utilisation de la machine à coudre et j’ai réalisé un magnifique pochon avec finitions soignées. Merci à elle :)
