During this immersion workshop, you will discover Ornate Spine Binding from every angle!
Luis is a great fan of ornate binding and he will happily share his expertise with you during the creation of an A6 notebook with a hard cover.
You will have the opportunity to personalise your notebook as you wish.
During the workshop, you will have to choose the binding and the colour of the thread from a selection proposed by Luis.
Luis will accompany you in the creation of the notebook: folding, cutting the paper, measuring, punching... You will complete all the steps to create your notebook.
Armed with a punch and a needle, you will draw the pattern and prepare the holes before threading the thread to create the binding.
Patience and delicacy will be your watchwords for this meditative workshop!
You will learn the basics, but also techniques to go much further!
Leave the workshop with your beautiful A6 notebook under your arm!

C’était super vraiment ! On était un chouette petit groupe et Luis nous a soutenu tout le long du cours. C’est un vrai passionné, il nous a partagé son savoir-faire avec clarté et convivialité. Et il nous a donné de précieux conseils et infos pour obtenir le matériel pour le refaire à la maison. Et quel plaisir de repartir avec son petit carnet à la fin du cours ! Ca a l’air de rien mais il y a un sacré boulot derrière ! Encore un tout grand merci à Luis et son épouse pour l’accueil très chaleureux !

Vraiment une magnifique expérience. Luis avait tout super bien préparé et est très clair et pédagogue dans ses explications. Le déjeuner était compris, succulent, préparé par son épouse. Je suis repartie avec un magnifique carnet, qui répondait totalement à mes attentes, un fascicule d'explications et un carnet à finir. Je recommande vraiment l'atelier !

J'ai participé à l'atelier de Luis en sachant que ça allait être chouette - et je n'étais pas déçue :) Merci d'avoir transmit ta passion, ta bienveillance et ton savoir-faire. On a terminé la reliure du deuxième carnet quelques jours plus tard dans un bar au calme. J'ai trouvé beaucoup plus facile de le faire avec la tête plus reposée ;) Merci encore pour cette belle expérience.
