The master brewer warmly welcomes you to his brewery, where you'll have the privilege of collaborating in creating your own batch of beer (about 70 litres), all while enjoying an open-bar aperitif. Unity makes beer!
During this adventure, you'll be guided through each step of the process, from designing your unique recipe to the brewing itself. The art of brewing will have no more secrets for you!
To make your evening even more memorable, an open bar will be available, featuring a selection of craft beers to tantalise your taste buds. Your tastings will be complemented with delicious tapas and a meal for a highly convivial experience alongside your fellow adventurers.
After a month and a half, you'll leave with your entire batch, approximately 70 litres of beer ready for tasting. You'll have the option to package it in 20-liter kegs to recreate the bar atmosphere at home, or in 1.9-liter growlers for more intimate tastings. If you choose kegs, a mobile pump and glasses can be provided for a complete experience.

Meet Arthur & co
Brewer
Arthur is a passionate brewer with an upbeat spirit, based in the heart of a beautiful workshop in Saint-Gilles.
When he left school, he wanted to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure that would allow him to live off his passion: brewing beer!
Accompanied by his father, he embarked on this crazy adventure with an original concept: a collaborative brewing laboratory. The idea is to create a strong link between consumer and brewer.
The beers are created by groups who come to take part in workshops and are then voted on by everyone who walks through the brewery. Those with the most votes are brewed in larger quantities and then sold to the brewery.
When you walk through the door of this beautiful brewery, you will discover a world of flavours and, above all, you will encounter craftsmen whose desire to pass on their knowledge goes without saying!
