Michel will welcome you to his studio for eight hours of woodworking discovery, and improve your skills and knowledge, in particular: half-wood assembly, framing, dowelling, panel sawing, edge covering, and make, with his precious help, a unique coffee table!
The discovery of the place, some theoretical bases on woodworking and the tools used will start the session, you will go from the raw material to the finished product and discover truing, planing, tracing, sawing, notching and gluing.
After highlighting the importance of the outline, you will work on traditional half-wood and forged joints using a saw, bedan and chisel. The fundamental role of a precise tracing and its respect will be obvious to you.
After a few hours and a careful sanding followed by a coat of oil, your creation will be finished!
Michel will accompany you throughout this immersive woodworking workshop!

Très chouette atelier avec Michel. Il a été très pédagogue tout le long de la journée pour nous aider dans la réalisation de notre table basse en nous donnant plein d'astuces et techniques + anecdotes :D Merci encore de nous avoir laissé rester plus longtemps pour achever notre ouvrage!

Ce fut une superbe journée. Michel Deschuytere nous a encadré avec enthousiasme et passion pour son savoir-faire. Il répond à tous vos questions, même si elle ne sont pas directement liées au projet de l'atelier. Je conseille vivement de suivre cette atelier.

Un super atelier avec Michel! Michel est patient et pédagogue et nous explique les étapes avec précision. La table basse est superbe et quel bonheur de pouvoir dire qu'elle a été construite à la main! Merci Michel pour cette journée magnifique et peut-être à très vite pour d'autres ateliers!

Très chouette journée accompagné de Michel ! Merci à lui. On y apprend une série de technique simple à reproduire car sans matériel complexe. On repart avec sa table de salon qu'il ne reste plus qu'à huiler.

Super experience! Le materiel etait bien préparé et bien organisé, et Michel un artisan amoureux de son métier. Très patient et pédagogue, il nous a fait réaliser une table basse hoxogonale pas si simple et je suis ravie du résultat!
