Initiate yourself into the world of vegetable dyeing with Juliette, and learn how to dye a cushion cover or a scarf during a fun and playful workshop!

Before starting the practical part, you will get to explore Juliette's world on a visit to her charming stone workshop, before taking in a presentation of the various dyeing plants.

Juliette will then explain how to prepare the dyeing vat and show you the different vegetable dyes that can be used.

You will then be able to choose the colours and patterns you want to feature on your accessory: if you want to make patterns, she will teach you the different folding techniques known as "shibori".

You will use many ingredients, such as avocado, onion, or mordant, to fix the dye to the fabric.

Having discovered the mysteries of dyeing thanks to Juliette, you will have the chance to leave with your beautiful scarf or cushion cover, dyed according to your personal tastes and preferences!

Workshop location

L'atelier est facilement accessible en transports en commun (Timmermans, Berkendael ou Jupiter).

This place is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
