Immerse yourself in the creative world of screen printing with Axel in this original and exciting workshop! Designed for fans of design and personalisation, this workshop will introduce you to a fascinating craft technique and allow you to leave with your own unique creations: a tote bag and a T-shirt printed by you.
The experience begins with a friendly introduction where Axel explains the basics of screen printing: how it works, the materials used and the subtleties that make this technique so special. You'll quickly get to grips by printing a T-shirt with the emblematic Chien Andalou logo, the first step in familiarising yourself with the gestures and tools.
Once you've got the hang of it, it's time to get creative! Using the Chien Andalou logo as a base, you'll design the extra layers for your tote bag. Using transparencies and markers, you'll add your own designs and colours, which will be displayed on a screen before you print them. Axel will be at your side every step of the way to guide you, give you tips and make sure the result is what you want.
The result? A fully personalised tote bag and T-shirt. This workshop with Axel is much more than an introduction: it's an immersion in know-how!Note: Drinks will be available during the workshop to enhance this unique experience.

Meet Axel
Screen printer
A passionate screen printer, Axel combines creativity and technique to share his love of artisanal printing. After studying graphic design and fine arts, he honed his skills in a screen-printing studio in Ghent, where he worked with artists on textile and art projects. In 2012, he turned this passion into a business, with a unique approach that combines method and spontaneity.
In his workshops, Axel invites participants to discover screen printing in an accessible and fun way. His aim is clear: to demystify the technique and encourage everyone to take a creative approach, whatever their level. Thanks to his varied experience - from industrial printing to more modest set-ups - he knows how to adapt to all wishes and contexts.
With Axel, screen printing becomes a creative adventure within reach !

Very interesting and fun workshop! Axel is an excellent host who loves what he does and guides you through the world of serigraphy from theory to practice. You can also take the opportunity to see the expo ongoing at the time and enjoy their tasteful cookies! Grateful for this experience, I would recommend it 100%.
