Initiate yourself into the world of natural perfumery thanks to Lamia, a passionate enthusiast for fragrance and the art of perfumery!

This workshop will open with a theoretical introduction, where Lamia will talk about the history of perfume through the centuries and the legends associated with it. She'll introduce you to the perfumer's organ as well as the most beautiful and rare natural essences; you'll learn all about the olfactory pyramid and how to create the classic harmonies of fine perfumery under her guidance! She'll guide you through the methods of extracting raw materials as well as the vocabulary used in blind smelling.

The workshop will continue with the practical side, starting with the choice of scents and the olfactory ambiance that you’d like to express through your creation; you'll be able to test various mixtures to see what corresponds to your tastes and expectations. Finally, Lamia will show you how to weigh your final blend and fill your bottle like a true perfumer.

This workshop will end with a friendly chat over a scented drink and sweet treat. After a session of creativity and knowledge sharing, you’ll take home your favourite, fully personalised 30 ml fragrance!

Workshop location

The studio is located between the centre of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode and the Leopold district, right next to the ‘Michel-Ange’ bus stop.

This place is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

L'expérience avec Lamia est riche en partage et en expérimentation. Elle nous fait vivre sa passion pour le parfum et nous accompagne tout au long de l'atelier. Les 3 heures passent sans qu'on s'en rende compte ! À faire et refaire, j'ai adoré.

Lamia was fantastic!!! It was 3 beautiful hours of learning and enjoying! She is so passionate about her knowledge and is an excellent and patient teacher, she's also very kind and friendly. The space where she teaches is beautiful and cozy- this is a wonderful workshop! I highly encourage it - Her English is perfect if you need her to teach in English. I learned so much and I LOVE my perfume! Thank you Lamia! :)

C’est une belle expérience. Lamia est sympathique et son partage de connaissances sur les parfums est riche. 3 h sont passés tellement vite!
