Initiate yourself into the world of natural perfumery thanks to Lamia, a passionate enthusiast for fragrance and the art of perfumery!

This workshop will open with a theoretical introduction, where Lamia will talk about the history of perfume through the centuries and the legends associated with it. She'll introduce you to the perfumer's organ as well as the most beautiful and rare natural essences; you'll learn all about the olfactory pyramid and how to create the classic harmonies of fine perfumery under her guidance! She'll guide you through the methods of extracting raw materials as well as the vocabulary used in blind smelling.

The workshop will continue with the practical side, starting with the choice of scents and the olfactory ambiance that you’d like to express through your creation; you'll be able to test various mixtures to see what corresponds to your tastes and expectations. Finally, Lamia will show you how to weigh your final blend and fill your bottle like a true perfumer.

This workshop will end with a friendly chat over a scented drink and sweet treat. After a session of creativity and knowledge sharing, you’ll take home your favourite, fully personalised 30 ml fragrance!

Workshop location

The studio is located between the centre of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode and the Leopold district, right next to the ‘Michel-Ange’ bus stop.

This place is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Nous avons adoré cet atelier et le recommandons chaleureusement. Il fait un parfait cadeau d'anniversaire par exemple. Les explications et l'accompagnement de Lamia sont précieux. On compose progressivement son parfum unique. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le fait de pouvoir faire plusieurs essais. N'hésitez plus, c'est un super moment à passer seul ou à plusieurs!

You know what? I actually wear the perfume that we made during the workshop! If we talk about ideas for improvement, maybe it would be good to have separate English-speaking workshops.

Atelier incroyable ! Le temps est passé tellement vite ! J’ai adoré voir comment on confectionne un parfum et être dans « la peau d’un nez » durant une après-midi ! Lamia est super passionnée, à l’écoute et prend le temps qu’il faut pour qu’on vive l’expérience à notre rythme ! Je recommande à 100%!
