We had a wonderful time at Peter and Ann's farm. We thought we were going there to make mozzarella (which we did) but it was so much more than that!!!! The warmth and care they put into welcoming us into their farm and way of life was much more than you can expect when you go for a workshop. Peter made sure to explain so many details about life in the farm that we feel even more respect towards those who make a living from the land. We finished the day feeling that we had spent a wonderful time with friends and as a bonus we learned a new skill . SUPER!!!!!!!!
