Déroulement de l'atelier

Indulge in a deliciously unique experience on Peter and Ann's goat farm.

Join the farmers for a 4.5 hour workshop to discover the art of making mozzarella from goat's milk, while immersing yourself in the daily tasks of a working farm.

The workshop starts with milking a goat, followed by filtering the milk to make paneer cheese, a delicious appetizer to whet your appetite.

Then, it's time to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with crafting your very own mozzarella, which you'll later enjoy as the main topping on your very own homemade pizza.

Gather around the fire pit to cook your pizza to perfection, while others make the dough from scratch. Farmer Peter and his wife Ann will guide you through each step of the process!

But it doesn't stop there. You'll also get to indulge in a decadent dessert of homemade ice cream and pancakes, all made with the rich and creamy goat's milk.

With this workshop, you'll not only leave with a newfound appreciation for the hard work of goat farmers, but also with the skills to make your own delicious goat milk dishes. Book now for an unforgettable culinary adventure.
