Step into Nastia Ceramist's workshop and immerse yourself in the wonderful world of clay sculpting and glazing.

In the first half of this 2.5 hour class, you'll not only discover the basics of working with clay, but you'll also learn the intricate art of hand-building techniques like coils and slabs.

Create whatever you want - a funky flower pot, a quirky sculpture, or even a cool mug for your morning coffee. Nastia will be there every step of the way, sharing her expert tips to help you bring your creations to life. From mastering the perfect pinch pot to perfecting the elegant curve of a handle, Nastia's expertise is at your disposal, making this class perfect for all skill levels.

After the sculpting, it's time to unleash your inner glazing guru! You'll learn the art of using special clay-based paint on your creations, finishing them off with shiny or matte glazes. Nastia will be your guide, showing you how to make your work pop.

But the experience doesn't end there. After the workshop, your creations will be fired in the oven twice and then glazed to solidify their shape. You'll then be able to come back to collect them.

The creations are ready for collection after three weeks. You have three weeks from then to collect them; after that, unfortunately, this is no longer possible due to the space the creations take up in the workshop. All materials and firings are included, so you can simply come and let your creativity run wild.

Practical information

Les pièces seront prêtes à être récupérées trois semaines plus tard. Vous aurez ensuite trois semaines pour venir les chercher. Passé ce délai, il ne sera malheureusement plus possible de les récupérer en raison du manque d'espace dans l'atelier.

Notez que lors de la cuisson, il existe un risque de casse. L'artisane n'est pas tenue responsable, ce sont les aléas du métier.

My friend and I did a 3 hour class with Nastia on a Sunday morning, and had the best experience! We were both total beginners to clay, and Nastia gave us a fantastic introduction. Her guidance throughout the class brought our visions to life - we couldn't believe how quickly the 3 hours flew by! Thank you Nastia for organizing the best experience for me and my friend, we had the best time and cannot wait to try many more of your classes in the future! Also, Nastia is an incredibly talented artist, I couldn't go home without one of her creations which now puts a smile on my face every time I see it. For fans of the artisanal and unique, you should check out her instagram because it's amazing.
