Push open the doors of Emilie and Pierre's beautiful studio to take a step into the world of fermentation!
During this four hour discovery, you will learn how to tame fermentation and easily integrate it into your meal.
Emilie and Pierre will guide you through this fascinating world by first explaining the basic principles.
You will also learn more about the cycle of the seasons, seasonal vegetables and their use in cooking.
You will then prepare a starter, a main course and a dessert based on this theme.
Fermented vegetables and fruits will be the basis of your different preparations spiced up with seasonal ingredients! Have you ever tried fennel confit with yoghurt? Or the combination of kimchi-peanut butter? Let the experts guide you, and you'll be cooking original and tasty little marvels! You'll have to prepare, cook, dress...
Finally, you will be able to taste your culinary creations with joy and curiosity and go through your new explanatory booklet so as not to forget anything.

Un chouette atelier culinaire, aussi beau que bon, vraiment intéressant de découvrir tout ce qu’on peut faire avec la fermentation. Et Pierre est vraiment passionné ça fait plaisir de rencontrer des gens comme ça.
