Embark on a journey to explore the myriad delights of Asian cuisine!

Rachel will be delighted to accompany you on this unique culinary adventure. She will begin by sharing her background and introducing the menu of the day. The menu changes regularly based on her inspirations, but always consists of three dishes. From gyozas and baos to bibimbap and mandus, there will be something to satisfy every palate!

Then it's your turn to take the stage! After donning your apron, you will follow Rachel's guidance as you peel, chop, slice, mince, mix, heat, sauté, and roast the various ingredients. The expert chef will explain each step of the recipe in detail and will be readily available to assist you whenever needed.

Next comes the final step: plating the dishes, an essential aspect for a perfect presentation.

All that remains is for you to take your seat and indulge in the best part of the workshop: savouring the delicious meal you have prepared, accompanied by Rachel and the other participants!

Ce fut une belle découverte. Les plats que nous avons préparés avec les instructions de la cheffe Rachel étaient succulents et facilement reproduisibles chez soi. Rachel partage des astuces et rend tout cela simple. Je conseille vivement les cours de cuisine de Rachel que l'on soit débutant ou confirmé en cuisine. Le cours fut un réel plaisir tant par sa gentillesse, que le groupe très bienveillant que la qualité des plats préparés (nous avons préparé un Bo Bun et un dessert à base de crème de coco, mangue et pomelo). Les recettes nous sont envoyées après le cours et sont complètes. J'ai hâte de suivre d'autres cours avec Rachel.
