De workshop in detail
Enter the sparkling world of jewellery with Marie, a passionate artisan jeweller!
You will start by visiting the premises over a welcome drink. This will be the perfect occasion to get to know each other and to make friends!
Marie will introduce you to the various jeweller's tools, the workbench and the materials used and will explain the workshop.
You will choose the model you want to make from a selection of Marie's collections.
Handling silver wire or silver plate, under the watchful eye of the artisan jeweller, you will bring your silver pendant to life, step by step. You will find yourself sawing, filing and soldering with confidence!
Some pendant models can be personalised with a pierced stone and material effects (hammered, polished, frosted).
Once the final touches have been made, you will be able to put your pendant on its chain and leave with your necklace!
This workshop is offered in several languages simultaneously. The artisan will adapt the language of the workshop according to the participants present.

Jewellier
In another life, Marie studied modern literature and was destined for a career in this field!
At the end of her studies, she left for South America for a year to perfect her Spanish and made a major discovery that would change her life: jewellery! She met jewellers there and it was the trigger for her.
On her return, she enrolled at the Arts et Métiers de Bruxelles at the Institut Jeanne Toussaint. There, she took a three-year training course in jewellery and learned the techniques and aesthetics of jewellery making, gemology, graphic design and lost wax modelling.
She then continued her training for 2 years with artisans: in a jewellery workshop near Charleroi and with an artisan jeweller in Brussels, amongst others. In 2012, she set up her own workshop and devoted herself fully to the creation and sale of her jewellery collections. At the same time, she offers discovery workshops and training courses for professional jewellery making.
Marie creates 925 silver jewellery and is approved by the Royal Belgian Mint. Her creations are set with carefully selected gemstones and natural freshwater pearls.

très chouette expérience en ce beau jour ensoleillé. Marie est très patente, explique bien et aide à créer ce que l'on veut. Bien que totalement débutantes, nous sommes ressorties de son atelier heureuses et enrichies d'un bijou spécial. On reviendra ;-)

J'ai vécu un moment hors du temps avec Marie. Tout est expliqué avec beaucoup de bienveillance, Marie fait tout pour que le bijou corresponde à ce que l'on souhaite. Je suis repartie avec un magnifique collier pour mon mariage. Je n'aurais jamais pu imaginer un résultat d'une telle qualité. Merci Marie et à bientôt 😍

Super expérience à réaliser à deux, comme je l'ai faite avec ma copine. L'ambiance était détendue, Marie qui a été très pédagogique et super sympa, et les pendentifs que nous avons créés sont vraiment top et de qualité. Le fait qu'on puisse personnaliser pour que ce soit un motif unique est juste génial !

Merci à Marie pour ce chouette moment de découverte ! Il s'agissait de mon premier atelier WeCanDoo et c'était vraiment super. J'ai adoré réaliser mon pendentif, les explications sont très claires et les choix de personnalisation sont multiples.

Très belle découverte d'un savoir faire et d'un secteur d'activité qui m'étaient alors inconnus. Marie est bienveillante, à l'écoute et pédagogue. Elle a su me guider dans le collier à réaliser avec patience en me conseillant sur la forme et me guidant et m'accompagnant dans chacune des différentes étapes de réalisation. J'ai passé un merveilleux moment. Je recommande vivement !

Une très chouette expérience. La découverte d'un métier et le plaisir de retourner chez soi avec un bijou qu'on a fait soi même et qui est très réussi grâce aux conseils de Marie. Le plaisir aussi de pouvoir aussi le personaliser (forme, rendu, pierre, ...)
