Françoise will take you step by step through the process of making your own dough, explaining the particularities of the ingredients used and sharing her tips on how to achieve a fluffy, crispy texture. Once the dough is ready, it's time to get creative! You'll be given a selection of organic and certified gluten-free ingredients to customise your pizza.
