TEAM WORKSHOP: Take part in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.

Get your team spirit going with Yannick!

He'll bring you together for a social break during which you'll have the chance to make your own kombucha.

When you arrive, you'll be greeted by an expert who will take the time to tell you his story. He'll explain the basics of fermentation and let you taste some of his creations.

Then it's time to get hands-on! Under the expert's guidance, you will choose and prepare the ingredients to make your own kombucha. Yannick will be by your side every step of the way to help you learn the essential techniques and gestures.

At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with your own jar of kombucha to enjoy at home.

Additional Services Note: If you would like to add any additional services, please specify in your request and the artisan will adjust the quote. For example, if you'd like to extend the experience, you could opt for a team lunch (+ €20 per person) or dinner (+ €30 per person) with a 100% fermented, homemade vegetarian menu. The menu includes fermented vegetables, vegetarian dips, homemade bread, salads and stews. Drinks are also available (€3 per person for a non-alcoholic drink and €6 per person for an alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink).

Workshop location

Yannick's workshop is located a few minutes' walk from the Pannenhuis metro station (line 6) and the Dieudonné Lefèvre bus stop (line 88).

This place is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Practical information

Cet atelier est proposé en français, en néerlandais et en anglais. L'artisan adaptera la langue d’animation de l’atelier en fonction des participants présents.

Si vous souhaitez prolonger l’expérience, optez pour un déjeuner (+ 20 euros par personne) ou un dîner (+ 30 euros par personne) en équipe autour d’un menu végétarien 100% fermenté et fait maison. Au menu, vous aurez l'occasion de savourer des légumes fermentés, des dips végétariens, du pain fait maison, des salades et des plats mijotés. Les boissons pourront également vous être proposées (3 euros par personne pour une boisson non alcoolisée et 6 euros par personne pour une boisson alcoolisée et une boisson non alcoolisée).
