The workshop in detail

Amélie is excited to welcome to her beautiful jewelery workshop, where you can discover the world of lost-wax casting!

Amélie will start with a theoretical introduction to this ingenious technique, which is so close to her own heart.

You will then have the opportunity to create a ring, a pendant, or little earrings, guided by Amélie's advice.

You can come with your inspirations: the jeweler can guide you in the creation of your ideas depending on the size and complexity.

To bring your creation to life, you will work with soft wax, known as modelling wax. As you craft your jewel, you can really play with texture: smooth, engraved, perforated, scored, etc. It's up to you!

Amélie will then cast the creation in brass and complete any finishing touches. Two weeks later, your creation will be ready to pick up.

Pssst! You will also have the opportunity to gold plate or cast in silver your creation for an additional fee, which is paid directly to Amélie.

Workshop location

L'atelier d'Amélie se trouve à deux pas de l'étang d'Ixelles et desservi par l'arrêt de bus Flagey, bus N10.

This place is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
