Join him for a day dedicated to crafting your own stainless steel kitchen knife.

Upon arrival, Robin will take you on a tour of his workshop, introduce you to the necessary tools and materials, and go over the essential safety rules. Then, it's time to get creative!

With a piece of stainless steel, you'll draw and outline the shape of your knife, design the handle to fit your unique style, and choose the rivets that will hold everything together. Throughout the day, Robin will be there to offer expert guidance as you create a truly personalized chef's knife.

After assembling the blade and handle, you'll give it a final polishing and sharpening before proudly taking it home to your kitchen.

Don't forget to pack your lunch, as you'll have the opportunity to take a break and enjoy a special moment with the knife maker.

This workshop is the perfect way to learn about metalworking, develop a new skill, and create a one-of-a-kind tool that will accompany you in all your culinary adventures.

J’ai passé un excellent stage avec Robin pour la création d’un couteau de cuisine en inox. Il est très pédagogue, explique chaque étape clairement et met tout de suite à l’aise. L’ambiance est simple et sans prise de tête, tout en restant très professionnelle. Et en plus, on repart avec un super résultat à la fin ! Je recommande vivement cette expérience à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir la fabrication d’un couteau.

Whoaw, juste terrible! Un excellent savoir faire et un très bon pédagogue. Nous avons passé une excellente journée à apprendre et à mettre en pratique. Robin vous laisse la main, vous guide, vous soutient et n'intervient qu'en cas de réelle nécessité ! Le plaisir de réaliser de vos propres mains, cela n'a pas de prix, quelle satisfaction ! A refaire sans hésitation !!
