Welcome to Véronique and Léo's beautiful shop for a discovery of the world of cheeses! Epicureans and passionate, they welcome you with enthusiasm to share their passion for well-made cheeses. In fact, Véronique was elected First Cheesemaker of Belgium in 2016, which is similar to the MOF!

It will start with some theoretical explanations about cheeses and their origins.

Then, the specialists will give you advice on how to create a cheese board. Between harmony and originality, they will guide you throughout the composition. Depending on the season, the accompanying products will change.

As an apprentice cheesemaker for a few hours, you will make this incredible cheese board for two people to take home and extend the pleasure.
