Discover this hidden gem on the canal in East London.
Nadine welcomes all participants to the studio with a cup of tea or coffee and after introductions, it's time to begin with safety precautions. Next participants will be introduced to the materials used to create beautiful fused glass creations.
Creativity is encouraged but for those who need inspiration Nadine will provide some examples of fused glass creations and styles. You will start by designing your pieces and choosing colours, then Nadine will teach you how to use the glass cutters safely, whether you're cutting the glass or working with stingers or metal inserts.
Once your designs are complete, they are off to the kiln for firing. You can collect your finished pieces after two weeks, or it can be posted for a small fee paid directly.
In Nadine's studio, art is about practical learning and skill building. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, Nadine's workshop offers a welcoming environment to explore your artistic side.
