Embark on a journey into the heart of traditional Italian indulgence, where the art of gelato-making harmoniously intertwines with the allure of panettone.
Meet the masterminds behind it all – Elisa and Fabiano, the founders of Cremoloso.
They will guide you in churning the gelato. Then, you will have the chance to assemble a small 100g panettone, incorporating your freshly made gelato or sorbet into the heart of this festive bread. There will also be an option on the day to upgrade to a large 1kg panettone, choc chip or classic, for an additional fee.
The creation of a simple, yet refined, chocolate sauce adds a final flourish to your panettone.
At the end of the session, each participant will take home their own panettone to fill with their handmade gelato and the know-how to recreate the chocolate sauce, allowing them to share a piece of Italian tradition with friends and family.

The essence of Cremoloso lies in its use of fresh components, coupled with an innovative spirit that continually experiments with new flavours and blends. The duos' dedication to excellence is reflected in their meticulous selection process for ingredients.
