Meet Tatsuya.

Originally from Japan, Tatsuya discovered a passion for bookbinding through a book that impacted and fascinated him. While studying cinematic art, he taught himself the art of bookbinding. 

Today, this passionate bookbinder with a keen sense for detail practices many different bindings, some of which are even adorned with leather and gilding.

A passionate artist, since 2015 he has been sharing this art with graphic design students at an art school in Mons. 

Calm and smiling, he invites you to learn how to bind your notebooks, in his beautiful workshop near the canal, bathed in natural light!
