    The session starts with an introduction to Maria and her culinary background. Participants will begin by mastering choux pastry, using it to create the perfect profiteroles and practising piping techniques.

    Next, you'll learn how to make a traditional loaf cake, renowned for its light, soft texture. Maria will guide you through each step, giving you tips to ensure a successful bake.

    Finally, Maria will teach you how to make mini orange bundt cakes, focusing on achieving the ideal flavour and texture.

    At the end of the workshop, you'll take home your freshly baked profiteroles, loaf cakes and bundt cakes. Whether you're new to baking or want to improve your skills, Maria's workshop promises to be an informative and enjoyable experience.

For the past 7 years she has been sharing her expertise from her professional kitchen in West Hampstead.
